June 25th – Game #007 – Hamilton Tigers vs. Niagara Saints
In a rare weeknight game we saw the Hamilton Tigers host the Niagara Saints in their second meeting of the season. The Saints won the game on opening weekend 7-1. The Tigers had a full bench and a desire to prove themselves. Both goalies stood on their head stopping chance after chance. The game remained scoreless until 2:19 of the 3rd period when Tigers player Vince Rankin put one past Saints goaltender Aaron Campisano. The Saints pushed back hard but could not put one in the net. The Tigers won the game 1-0 improving their record to 2W 1L.
