Team Registration for fall 2018 is now on until September 19th. You can register online at www.ballhockey.com or in person at the Orillia Ball Hockey Club at 995 Memorial Ave, Orillia. Registration hours in the office are Monday to Thursday 6pm to 10pm, Saturday 12pm to 6pm, and Sunday from 11am to 8pm. Season Begins the week of September 15th and 16th, 2018. The season consists of 12 games and all teams make the playoffs and will play a minimum of 2 playoff games. THAT’S A GUARANTEE OF 14 GAMES! Please submit your team through our online format.
THE FINAL ROSTER DEADLINE is October 21st, 2018. Roster additions cannot be made after that without management's discretion.

INDIVIDUAL PLAYER'S FEE
**Teams must have a minimum of 11 paid players. Team Representatives are eligible to play for free provided they have the minimum 11 paid players. Once the roster deadline of August 1st, 2018 has been reached, teams will NOT be allowed to play if any fees are outstanding.
SPONSORED: Teams can choose to pre-pay a team fee personally or from a sponsor and we will be pleased to set up their team with a reduced cost per player due to the sponsorship.
Team Sponsorship: $309.73 + HST
TEAM FEE (please read carefully)
This option allows a team rep to deal with their own economics and collect the funds from teammates. Running with more players on the roster allows the team to lower the cost per player, but puts the responsibility of money collection on the team rep. This provides teams with an option to add up to 16 players and control their own finances. The team fee payment can be split into three payments due prior to your Game 1, Game 3 & the final payment at Game 6. Roster additions will only be allowed prior to the roster deadline of August 1st.
Team Fee $1504.42 + hst
As is stated on the registration/waiver form, this payment is non-refundable once the team has been placed in the schedule or the player assigned to a team. Certain circumstances may dictate a credit or refund, but at Management’s discretion. A $30.00 administration fee is charged to process a refund.
