Welcome to the Ball Hockey Ontario Inc. online registration system. Before processing your registration, please read and understand the following. If under 18, the parent(s) or guardian(s) must read and agree to the following terms;
After completion of the following, the named registrant will have paid the indicated registration fee and is able to participate in the Barrie Ball Hockey Club. The fee covers the cost for all games in the season registered including playoffs.
Once a registrant has been assigned to a team, the fee is not refundable. Each participant must supply his or her own stick, protective gloves and all other recommended equipment (the Barrie Ball Hockey Club recommends that all participants wear a helmet, elbow pads, jock/jill strap, and shin pads). All participants under 18 years of age must wear a CSA approved helmet with a full face mask.
Hold Harmless Release
By clicking “I agree”, I, the applicant and/or We/I the parent(s) of the applicant (if under 18) hereby give my/our approval to my/his/her participation in any and all league activities during the current season. I/We assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation, including transportation to and from the activities and I/We hereby waive, release, absolve indemnity and agree to hold harmless the supervisors, officials, sponsors, organizers, and corporate owners of the premise. Also, persons transporting me/our/my child to or from activities for any claim arising out of an injury to me/our/my child.
I hereby grant permission to use and publish any photographs taken during ball hockey events of me/my child, or in which I/they may be included for editorial trade, advertising and/or any purpose and in any manner and medium: and to alter the same without restriction. I further grant released parties the right to photograph and/or tape me or my child.
