Meet the Coach day is Saturday June 15th, 2013. This day will feature a one-hour practice with your team, so bring your equipment. Players will receive their schedules and hockey sweaters at this event.
NOTE: Refunds will not be provided once a player is assigned to a team. Teams will be finalized by Wednesday June 5th. Coaches will be contacting their team by Wednesday June 12th. Practice times will also be posted to the website for your convenience.
Season Begins on Monday June 17th, 2013. The season consists of 12 games and all teams will make the playoffs and play a minimum of two playoff games.
Tiny Tots 4 & 5 year olds: The cost to register is $ 84.07 (plus tax) games will be played Tuesday’s at 6:00pm. This is a nine session instructional program for youngsters who want to learn the skills of the game through interactive shooting, passing and other drills. Players will also play a mini game each week. This program will begin in early June.
Coaches: We welcome Parents who wish to participate in their child’s development in these programs so please indicate your willingness to be a coach or assistant on your child’s pre-registration form.
Equipment: Players are required to have a CSA approved helmet, gloves, shin pads, and a stick that does not have a wooden base. ABS Plastic runners are on the bottom of many wooden based sticks. Jock/Jill is optional but highly recommended.
Our house league level of play encourages players to make new friends in a positive environment. The focus is on fair play, equal play time, and fun for all. The emphasis is on participation. Game nights can vary but below are the typical nights that each division should expect to play. Times will vary with starts as early as 6:00 pm weekdays and 8:00am on the weekends.

TEAM OR GROUP ENTRY – This Co-Ed division is designed for groups of friends that want to play on the same team – BBHC will round out rosters to 12 players. It is also for the player looking for a little more competitive game. Players or teams will need to provide their own coach who is at least 18 years of age and approved by the BBHC. There are 4 divisions that will be offered to accommodate the various age groups. Players are eligible and encouraged to participate in both this and the regular guts co-ed divisions.
