With only 22 days remaining until the 20th Anniversary World Outdoor Ball Hockey Championships presented by Bauer the Women's Open division is gearing up to be quite the battle!
12 teams from across Ontario and the USA will be competing to take home Championship Gold as well as the $1,000 cash prize introduced for the 20th Anniversary. All eyes will be on the USA Happy Endings as they are coming off a strong win at the Cool Hockey North American Ball Hockey Championships in March.
Niagara's Beastie B*tches will also be one to watch having just won the OBHA Women's Provincial Championships.
Teams from DC, Barrie, Ottawa, Orillia, Toronto and more have also confirmed and the rosters we've seen so far lead us to believe there is going to be some great competition on the floor!
