-The final 5 minutes of each facility reservation is allotted for transitional time between user groups and participants are expected to be off the arena floor for this time.

-Permit fees are non-refundable. If a date & time change is required, we will allocate fees to a new date and time provided the cancellation was made with 72 hours notice.

-A certificate of insurance is required for any organization renting the facility.

-Anything brough or stored within the facility is the sole risk of the permit holder, and that Ballhockey.com is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles.

-The permit holder is responsible for the conduct of participants during the rental.

-Food and beverage sales are the exclusive right of Ballhockey.com

-Consumption of alcohol is prohibited unless a Special Occasion Permit and appropriate liability insurance has been acquired.

-The permit holder shall indemnify and hold harmless, Ballhockey.com against all liability, claims, damages, or expenses due to, or arising out of, any act or neglect by the permit holders, participants, and guests, on or about the facility, or due to, or arising out of, the entry or use of the facility, including liability for injury or damage to the persons or property of the permit holder.

-Cash, Debit & Mastercard/Visa are accepted on site.

-Cheques can be made out to Ballhockey.com

-Interact e-transfers can be sent to payments@ballhockey.com. Please reference your invoice number.

Haig Bowl Arena is a full size hockey rink with a large mesh divider to accommodate user groups splitting the rink into two halves.

Haig Bowl is a concrete surface. Plans to convert to a sport court surface are underway

We have 6 changerooms available for use. You will receive 2 changerooms for each hour rental with access permitted 30 minutes before and 20 minutes following your rental.

The following options are available at all times:

-Gatorade, water, pop, Monster Energy, coffee, tea, chocolate bars & chips.

For large events we also offer pizza slices & hot dogs.
