The World Outdoor Ball Hockey Championships event held in Barrie has reached 80% of its maximum capacity.
This week, the Men's A, Women's A/B. & Men's B/C portion of the World Outdoor Ball Hockey Championships event, which will be held in Barrie on the weekend of September 22nd-24th, reached a confirmed 54 teams. The maximum capacity for this portion of the event is 64 meaning there are only 10 spots left available for teams still contemplating submitting a team.
All of last year's champions have confirmed their entry and will be back to defend their title, including Niagara War Pigs (Men's A), London Norstar (Women's A), Stoney Creek Savages (Men's B), Niagara Beastie Bitches (Women's B) & Barrie Maple Kings (Men's C).
